Muriel Maignan Wilkins, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Isis Associates, is an executive coach and leadership development consultant with a strong track record of helping leaders take their effectiveness to the next level. Muriel’s unique combination of deep strategy expertise, senior management experience, and focus on executive development creates a strong value proposition for clients. Having worked with over 1000 individuals, either through executive coaching or group learning programs, Muriel is adept at helping leaders develop in the critical career accelerator areas of executive presence, role transitions, and relationship management. She has served clients across a number of industries including management consulting, private equity, biotech, financial services, and non-profits. Before co-founding Isis Associates, Muriel‘s executive management experience includes holding P&L responsibility as a Director at U.S. News & World Report, leading consulting engagements as a Manager for the strategy practice of Accenture, and being a strategic planner at Prudential. Muriel was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of metro-DC area’s “Top Minority Business Leaders” and is a frequent speaker on leadership communications issues. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a marketing degree from Georgetown University, and Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University. Amy Jen Su, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Isis Associates, is an executive coach and leadership development specialist who partners with leaders and organizations where leadership presence, communications excellence, and executive endurance are critical to a leader’s performance success. A trusted advisor and champion to clients, Amy has a proven track record of helping leaders manage and articulate their personal and organizational vision, sustain one’s personal best amidst organizational change or complexity, and navigate networks of complex stakeholder and constituency groups. Her previous business experience as a management consultant for Booz & Co. (previously Booz Allen & Hamilton) and as a strategic planner for Taco Bell Corp – have both shaped her demand for rigor and results in leadership coaching and training today. Amy serves on the faculty teams for several of the country’s leading organizations including the Brookings Institution, Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and the World Bank Group. Amy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology from Stanford University, graduating from both with honors and distinctions.
Additionally, she is a certified Integral coach, certified yoga and meditation teacher, and has a deep passion for the Eastern philosophies. Pam Krulitz is an executive coach specializing in coaching senior and high potential leaders in technology-driven organizations who are making the transition to larger business leadership roles, requiring greater influencing skills, executive presence, political savvy and relationship building. She is known for her combination of executive leadership experience, business savvy and attentive listening style. In her coaching she seamlessly links her deep understanding of the real-time challenges of the business environment, the leadership skills and competencies required to meet them, and the leader’s internal values, assumptions and attitudes affecting their outcomes. She enjoys helping clients find ways to do their best work and grow from their experiences. Prior to coaching, Pam excelled in positions that ranged from hands-on technology to entrepreneurial business growth and executive leadership. Her accomplishments included leading an IT solutions start-up company to 30% annual growth and profitability for ten years. She and her partners sold the company in 1996 and successfully led it through the integration with the acquiring company. Pam holds a BS in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary and completed the Georgetown Leadership Coaching program. She is certified in numerous assessments including The Leadership Circle, the Hogan Leadership Forecast series, Myers-Briggs Type Instrument and the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 assessments.

Nina Bowman is a career and executive coach who leverages her strategy consulting and talent management background to support individuals with their career acceleration and career transition goals. As part of her coaching practice, Nina assists an internationally diverse set of mid-level and senior-level executives in meeting their leadership development goals. Her clients benefit from a structured and goal-oriented approach which combines thoughtful feedback and reflection with action plan development. Nina has experience in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, and has worked and recruited for Fortune 500, small company, and start-up businesses. Previously, Nina was a Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International, a leading executive recruitment and talent management company. At Korn/Ferry, she specialized in the recruitment and assessment of senior-level executives in the Professional Services and Technology sectors. Prior to joining the executive search and talent management industry, Nina held various positions within the management consulting industry. She worked as an independent general management and strategy consultant; served as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy for an early-stage management and technology consultancy; and consulted to Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical and medical products industry as a Senior Manager with Accenture. Nina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in economics from Brown University.

Ann Bundy

Michael Ciszewski

Michael Ciszewski is a team coach and organizational development with twenty-five years of global experience. Michael has worked with a broad range of organizations, where he has assisted teams in clarifying vision and developing strategies to achieve their vision. He draws on his business expertise and his diagnostic and coaching skills to assist leaders and teams to confidently meet the challenges of a changing business environment. He is respected for his ability to work within a variety of cultures and at all levels of the organization. Michael has worked with teams in Continental and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia helping them combine business units, manage change, and shift to a more client-centered, partnership-oriented culture. His past professional experience includes being head of Merrill Lynch’s Organization Integration practice and director of J.P. Virginia Diamond

Virginia Diamond is a certified coach and consultant specializing in helping executives navigate complex career challenges to become more effective leaders.Virginia offers a full spectrum of leadership development services—from group and one-on-one coaching to team development and classroom training. She has successfully guided clients through a range of challenges, and is passionate about strengthening people’s ability to: nurture constructive dissent/challenge group think; motivate teams to take action; take appropriate stands for their work and their values; be centered in chaos; focus on their priorities and achieve their goals; and integrate work and life. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Virginia worked for more than ten years in the corporate world for Accenture, AMS (now CGI), and Booz Allen Hamilton. Amy Gleklen

Amy Gleklen is a leadership coach with experience coaching senior and emerging global leaders and intact teams in the corporate, nonprofit, and federal sectors. Her coaching approach builds on twenty-five years of leadership experience in the corporate, professional services, small business, and nonprofit sectors as well as her top-tier education. Before becoming a coach, Amy’s professional experience spanned a variety of functional areas including: finance, sales, and operations at organizations ranging from Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Biden for President, to Compass, a DC-based nonprofit. Amy has served as faculty and coach for participants in global leadership development programs, and has coached numerous students in the University of Virginia’s Darden Executive MBA Program. Amy is one of a select group of coaches recommended by the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Career Services and the Wharton MBA Alumni Career Management Office. She also has led corporate leadership trainings nationally focused on communication, relationship building and presentation skills. Steve Kullback, is an executive coach and global leadership development consultant with more than 15 years experience working with leaders from disparate backgrounds who share common goals: organizational excellence, leadership effectiveness, and personal fulfillment. Steve’s experience in leadership development, management consulting, and entrepreneurism provides a sound basis for serving clients especially at the senior levels. With several years managing a global executive leadership program and having lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and Australia , Steve brings a broad perspective that is particularly useful in cross-cultural settings. His previous experience includes serving as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he was an early management team member of Genesis Park , a best-in-class global leadership development program, where for 5 years he developed and expanded this initiative. Amber Romine

Amber Romine is an executive coach and leadership development consultant who partners with her clients to achieve valuable and transformative changes in their work lives and their organizations. With more than a decade of experience, she has a unique blend of skills for enhancing individual and team performance. Amber works with executives and leadership teams to leverage their strengths as they transition to new roles, broaden the scope of their responsibilities, or work to achieve a higher level of performance. She has deep experience coaching high potential employees, and multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams, and has worked with clients from more than forty countries. Her experience includes serving as the Program Director and Lead Coach for Genesis Park, PricewaterhouseCoopers' (PwC) marquis global leadership program, where she was responsible for design and delivery of a transformational coaching program, leadership curriculum development and delivery, and building and managing the faculty coaching team. Hilary Weston Joel

Hilary Joel is an executive coach and management consultant with over 20 years of experience across numerous industries. She partners with the leadership and management of businesses, government, and nonprofit organizations to help them advance toward their own definitions of professional and organizational effectiveness more deeply, sustainably and quickly than they can on their own. Her insightful approach to coaching is informed by her business experience and skills as a strategist. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Hilary also works with teams, facilitating customized workshops and retreats. Prior to executive coaching, Hilary spent eight years in management consulting as a Principal at American Management Systems (CGI/AMS). She also worked at Booz, Allen & Hamilton for two years. Her consulting clients ranged from large, international pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies to technology startups and professional services businesses, and her project management focus ranged from strategic planning and business analysis to process reengineering and management best practices. Hilary received her BA degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and her MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating as a Baker Scholar. She completed the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program and is certified in the administration of Myers-Briggs Type Instrument and The Leadership Circle 360-feedback tool. Hilary is the Board Chair of Compass, a consortium of MBA alumni who provide pro bono management consulting to nonprofits.

Sally Millwood
Manager of Operations and Client Services
Sally Millwood joined Isis Associates in June 2011 as Manager of
Operations and Client Services and is based in Boston, MA. In this
position, Sally oversees daily operations of Isis and assists in
supporting client projects. Sally brings twenty years of experience in
operations and administrative support to Isis Associates. Sally worked
at Harvard University for ten years, working as executive assistant to the
director of Executive Education at Harvard Business School, where she also
coordinated conferences and workshops for executives and alumni. As
administrative coordinator in Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical
School, she managed the office for a principal investigator and was
editorial assistant for a health care quarterly publication. Sally ran her
own business, Essential Office Services, for more than a decade, providing
transcription and administrative support services to entrepreneurs,
consultants and organizations. She has a degree in social work from
Wheelock College in Boston, and has taken professional development courses
in Achieving Breakthrough Service, Communications and database management.
