Our coaching approach leverages the best in leadership development and behavioral change to help our client achieve observable results. We follow a proven structure in coaching our clients that includes:

  • Situation Assessment: Personality assessments, 360 feedback survey and/ or qualitative interviews, organization assessment to understand the client’s current situation, strengths and opportunities for development.
  • Customized Plan: A customized development plan that articulates desired measurable coaching outcomes for the leader in the context of the client’s organizational goals.
  • Ongoing Support: Regular coaching meetings and availability over four to twelve months to support the client’s progress and development with a focus on real application of change.
  • Continuous Measurement: Periodic evaluation of progress towards coaching goals and solicitation of feedback at the end of the coaching program to measure impact.
