Isis Associates' executive coaching emphasizes personal and professional
development as well as an understanding of a client's business strategy
and context. This unique intersection of “soft” and
“hard” competencies makes Isis Associates’ coaching
more impactful, transformative, and pragmatic than many other offerings
currently found in the marketplace today. To ensure distinguished
quality and results, all of our coaches are certified from International
Coaching Federation-accredited executive coaching programs and have
strong business backgrounds and experience. The Isis team has particular
depth of experience working with emerging leaders, women, and executives
of color.

specific areas of coaching:

already effective leaders enhance current strengths as well as
achieve positive change in specific areas of performance and behavior
that are potential career stallers.
- Leadership Signature Voice™: Helping
leaders develop power and presence in their communications and
relationship effectiveness with key stakeholders such as staff,
peers, boss and clients.
- Leadership On-Boarding: Helping executives
transition into new leadership roles as a result of increased
responsibility, a promotion or moving into a different organization.
- Executive Endurance: Helping leaders deal
with work-life balance, stress management and competing commitments
especially in organizations with high demand for travel, fast
growth, and intensity.
Our coaching approach leverages the best
in leadership development and behavioral change to help our client
achieve observable results. We follow a proven structure in coaching
our clients that includes:
- Situation Assessment: Personality assessments, 360 feedback survey and/ or qualitative interviews, organization assessment to understand the client’s current situation, strengths and opportunities for development.
- Customized Plan: A customized development plan that articulates desired measurable coaching outcomes for the leader in the context of the client’s organizational goals.
- Ongoing Support: Regular coaching meetings and availability over four to twelve months to support the client’s progress and development with a focus on real application of change.
- Continuous Measurement: Periodic evaluation of progress towards coaching goals and solicitation of feedback at the end of the coaching program to measure impact.
